Forest Lake Airport provides convenient air travel for residents and businesses to the area.   Home to over 30 aircraft and with over 25 private hangars, Forest Lake has become a popular destination for pilots. Located just five miles from downtown Forest Lake, the airport provides modern facilities, fueling services, and hangar space.  Runway 13/31 is 2,700-feet long and 75-feet wide with a full parallel taxiway.   

Commercial Hangar Lots:

The city has four commercial hangar lots available for lease.  These lots are setup for connection to city sewer and water.  For additional information, please contact the City Administrator at 651-464-3550.

Upcoming Projects:

The city is planning on completing an extension of Runway 13/31 to 3,000-feet in length.  The proposed extension is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2026.
