The City Council will consider the following Ordinance at the January 8, 2024 Meeting:
- Ordinance No. 733 – Nuisance Ordinance - amending various sections of City Code pertaining to public nuisances, property maintenance and code enforcement ordinances, as well as clarifying the use of administrative citations as a tool for code enforcement.
