The Planning Commission will be conducting a Public Hearing on October 14, 2020 at the Planning Commission Meeting beginning at 7:00 PM. The Public Hearing will be regarding a Planned Unit Development Amendment application to install three monument signs at the Encore, Legacy Pointe, and Heritage Heights Apartments. Anyone interested in speaking at the Public Hearing must first register for the online Zoom Webinar at the following link: October 12, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Registration. After registering, you will be sent an email with a direct link to the meeting scheduled for October 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Written public comment must be submitted by email to Donovan Hart by noon on October 14, 2020. You may also drop comments in the drop box located outside the City Center at the South end of the building.
