The City of Forest Lake Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025, to consider the following:
- Application by Interstate Companies for a proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment regarding contractor yards, and a Conditional Use Permit to expand their operations at 20920 Forest Road.
- Application by Headwaters Land Group for a Planned Unit Development Final Plan for a 22-lot single-family residential development on a property with the PIN 30-032-21-21-0006. A full legal description of the property is available upon request.
- Application by Washington County for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Household Hazardous Waste Site and Environmental Service Center to be located on a property with the PIN 29-032-21-11-0003. A full legal description of the property is available upon request.

Anyone who wishes to participate in public hearings or the Planning Commission Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments to info@ci.forest-lake.mn.us or the emails below. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online.
