The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021 to consider the proposal for the issuance by the City of conduit revenue bonds in one or more series (the “Bonds”) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152-469.1655, as amended (the “Act”). The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to NLAABC, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “Borrower”), to (i) finance the acquisition, construction, renovation and improvements to the existing (a) North Lakes Academy High School campus located at 308 15th Street SW in the City.
