This past week the City has received questions regarding the reallocation of the CARES act funds previously directed to the Castlewood Golf Course. To date, there has been no decision made by the City of Forest Lake on the future of these funds, and an amended report has not been filed with the Minnesota Management and Budget office. The City is consulting with state agencies for guidance on utilization and reporting of these funds. City Council will address this topic during its January 11 meeting.
